I'm taking the MAX EFA's 2 in the morning and 2 at night. And the Vit-Acell is so much better than all the other vitamins I have tried. It helps give me a boost in the morning and the glutamine is amazing I don't get so sore to the point that I don't want to work out the next day. I can really tell a difference in what I was doing before and from when I switched to the Core 4. It feels like my muscle builds stronger and more efficiently. This is the best set of products I've ever used. I really was blown away by the service at the store and with the follow up I received.
